Type 6060/6063 T5 Alitherm 55 uses EPDM seals

Alitherm
47
Alitherm 47 windows are available in externally & internally
beaded styles. Made from Aluminium: AlMgSi 0.5 Type 6060/6063
T5 Alitherm 55 uses EPDM seals and incorporates thermal break
polyamide strips and can be either anodised or powder coated.
Duotherm
Duothem windows are available in externally & internally
beaded, tilt & turn and top swing fully reversible styles.
Made from extruded 6063 T6 alloy in compliance with BS1474
sections are either finished with an anodised conversion,
powder coating or mahogany and light oak colour woodgrain
effect finish. Beads and gaskets will accommodate single
thickness glass 6mm and double glazed units of thickness
20mm, 24mm, 28mm and 32mm. These windows having been tested
in accordance with the requirements of BS 6375 : Part 1 and
have achieved the following classification for weather tightness:

Intruder
Intruder windows are available in externally & internally
beaded styles and offer fixed lights and outward opening
casements with thermal breaks suitable for a variety of uses
including domestic and commercial installations. Made from
Aluminium: AlMgSi 0.5 Type 6060/6063 T5 with EPDM seals the
Intruder system offers thermal break polyamide strips reinforced
with glass fibre. Finish can be dual in either a Qualicoat,
powder finish, anodised or a woodstructure. Intruder window
has been tested and approved to the highest BS.6375 part
1 exposure category and generally complies with and conforms
to the requirements of BS. 7950 : 1997 (enhanced security
performance of casement and tilt/turn windows).
Millennia
Millennia windows are available in externally & internally
beaded styles and is a resin thermally broken system suitable
for domestic and light commercial applications. The Millennia
system has excellent weather, acoustic and thermal suitability.
Glazing options range from 6-32mm and the system is suited
to most standard security features such as Espag, Cockspur
and Shootbolt locks.
 Visoline
Visoline windows are available in internally beaded, open-in,
pivot & tilt & turn styles. Visoline is a system
for windows and doors with a thermal break and is suitable
for most traditional door and window applications in
houses and industrial buildings. The system is available
in most finishes and offers the following features:

Reversable
Reversable windows are available in internally beaded and
top swing fully reversible styles and are designed for
use as fixed lights, and open out top swing reversible
windows offering internal beading to vent with the option
of internal/external beaded fixed lights. ideal for use
on both domestic and light/medium commercial applications.
Made from Aluminium: AlMgSi 0.5 Type 6060/6063 T5 with
EPDM seals and polyamide thermal strip breaks. Other
features include:

Superial
Superial windows are available in internally beaded, open-in
and tilt & turn styles. They are designed for use
as fixed frames for double glazing with single or double
sash, as well as side-hung windows, open in windows,
tilt and turn windows, tilt in only windows, and tilt & slide
windows. Superial windows are made from extruded aluminium-alloy
AlMgSi 0,5 F22 and can be powder coated, anodised or
finished with a woodstructure. The Superial system offers
the following performance characteristics:

Triline windows are available in internally beaded, open-in,

Slide
Wrap around glazed, thermal or non-thermal, horizontal sliding
system with no encroachment of opening beyond depth of
frame. Suitable for domestic and light/medium commercial
applications. The slide system is ideal for replacement
of opening windows where the rotating frame forms an
hindrance and for lighting and space creation in passages
and narrow rooms. Slide windows are extruded from aluminium-alloy
AlMgSi 0,5 F22 and are available anodised, powder coated
or with a wood structure. Features also include:

Econoline windows are available in horizontal slide window
and open-in styles and are ideal for indoor use and applications
where no thermal break is required. Econoline windows
are also suitable for single and double opening flat
doors, touch doors, sliding windows and innerwalls. Performance

Imperial
Imperial windows are available in open-in, pivot and tilt & turn
styles and are heavy duty, dual hollow aluminium, high insulated
profiles with internal beads for glazing units up to 52mm
suitable for domestic and light / medium / heavy duty commercial
applications. These high quality profiles with thermal break
is applicable where more severe standards for acoustic and
thermal insulation are required and are constructed of 2
hollow extrusions separated from one another by polyamide
strips PA 6.6.25 reinforced with glass fibre with an additional
radiation barrier in the form of a strip in the same material
provides the 4 chamber system. The frames are made from extruded
aluminium-alloy AlMgSi 0,5 F22 and are available in powder
coated, anodised or wood structure finishes. Performance
characteristics are:

 Steellook
Steellook windows are available in open-in and tilt & turn
styles, and are angled exterior nosed, slim sight line frame
profiles, internally beaded, for architectural domestic or
light commercial application. This series of high quality
profiles with thermal break are applicable where more severe
standards of acoustic and thermal insulation are required.
The profiles for this series are constructed of 2 hollow
extrusions separated from one another by polyamide strips
(PA 6.6.25) reinforced with glass fibre. The
Steellook is different from other window systems due to its
slim sight lines that mimic those common to steel profiles.
Frames are extruded from aluminium-alloy AlMgSi 0,5 F22 and
are available in powder coated, anodised or wood structure
finishes. Performance characteristics are:
